When happens when good guitars play with fire? Guitarist Ben Carey wanted to find out, and this is the result. The once pristine vintage white finish on this baritone Delia has been lovingly torched by our luthier staff to create a guitar that looks like it’s been to hell and back. Underneath, though, this guitar is still a finely-tuned musical instrument, with a semi-hollow mahogany body with a maple top for smooth, airy tone that still has some heft and weight. The unfinished neck has a chunky C-profile and a custom 27-inch scale length, specially designed for lower tunings. It may look a little worn out, but it’s a solid guitar that’ll be rocking until the real  apocalypse.
