Poison the Well is a hardcore trio that does just about everything its own way. Hailing from Miami, FL, the band recorded their latest release, 2007’s Versions, in Sweden, and incorporated a rich and unique instrumentation into their furious sound with the use of mandolins, slide guitar, horns, and banjo. It is their first release on the indie label Ferret Records. The group is known for their incredibly energized live performances, and have toured with the Deftones, Thrice, Killswitch Engage, Thursday, and Hatebreed, as well as in featured slots on the Warped Tour and the Take Action Tour.
